The world we live in is fast-paced, and time stands still for nobody.

It is so easy to work hard to gain a role in your desired career and then rest on your laurels.

When you start a new job, you will need time to settle in, get to know your colleagues, get used to company procedures and, most importantly, get to grips with what is expected of you in your role. But what then?
