Home Study/Distance Learning – with a difference!

This is a home study/distance learning course with personal tutor support throughout providing guidance, feedback, individually marked work – similar to a classroom based course but without the need to attend any classes!

You can study as and when you wish – there are no set time frames to complete your work within other than the overall course time frame.  Some weeks you may wish to study more and then less the following week.  All very flexible!

You can study full time/fast track so you can complete the course as quickly as you wish (some students have completed in 6 months), or part time to fit in around other commitments choosing to complete the course at a slower pace studying from as little as 2 hours-8 hours a week to suit.

Whatever your study or payment plan, the course is open for 22 months.


Accreditation – NCFE CQ and 650 CPD points/credits

The course is a fully accredited qualification and upon successful completion you will be awarded 650 CPD points/credits and the:

CQ10452 – Executive PA Diploma (Level 3)

Comprising the following individual Diplomas:

CQ10447 – Professional IT User Diploma (Level 3)
CQ10445 – Professional Administration Diploma (Level 3)
CQ10446 – Professional Business Documents Diploma (Level 3)
CQ10472  – PA Skills Certificate (Level 3)
CQ10464 – Teeline Shorthand Diploma (Level 3) – Additional Option/cost

Level 3 is advanced level and the course has been benchmarked using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors to allow you to consider the depth of study, and level of difficulty involved.  Further information about NCFE Awarding Body and accreditation.


Course Content

There is a PA text book included in the course, IT manuals, demonstration videos, information booklets, mock exams, worked examples,  marked assignments and tasks, ongoing tutor support.  You will complete untimed Assessments or timed exams at the end of each Unit for submission to NCFE.
