This is a Level 2 (Intermediate) course and is suitable for those leaving school or those in the early stages of their career or changing careers.
Those studying the Office Administrator Diploma who wish to extend their knowledge and skills can “upgrade” to our Executive Administrator Diploma which is a Level 3 course within a 2-year time limit.

Home Study/Distance Learning – with a difference!
This is a home study/distance learning course with personal tutor support throughout providing guidance, feedback, individually marked work – similar to a classroom based course but without the need to attend any classes!
You can study as and when you wish – there are no set time frames to complete your work within other than the overall course time frame. Some weeks you may wish to study more and then less the following week. All very flexible!
You have the choice of studying this course in one of the following ways, to suit your budget and other commitments:
- intensively/fast track (5-6 months) – studying more than 10 hours a week on average
- at a regular pace (7-8 months) – studying 5-7 hours a week on average
- a slow pace (9-10 months) – studying 5 or less hours a week on average
The course is open for 10 months for all students.
You can complete the whole course at home/work – there is no need to visit us or any centre.
Accreditation by NCFE CQ
Upon successful completion you will be awarded the:
CQ10449 – Office Administrator Diploma (Level 2)
Comprising the following individual Certificates:
• CQ10456 – IT for the Office Certificate (Level 2)
• CQ10455 – Administration Certificate (Level 2)
We are an approved NCFE CQ Centre. NCFE is one of the leading vocational awarding bodies in the UK and is also recognised internationally.
Level 2 is intermediate level and the course has been benchmarked using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors to allow you to consider the depth of study and level of difficulty involved.
