All of our courses are completed 100% online, so there is no need to attend classes, travel to tutorials or sit exams in person. You can study when it suits you and work through your course around work, family and other commitments.

1. Choose your course
Choose the course that matches the skills you want to build or the career path you want to move into.
2. Enrol online
Once you enrol, your place is confirmed and we prepare everything you need to get started.
3. Hear from our Admissions Team
Within 24 hours, or the next working day, a member of our Admissions Team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps. We will confirm your start date, explain what happens next and send your login details.
4. Access your Learning Hub
Your Learning Hub is where your course is based. This is where you will access your lessons, work through your units, complete assignments and assessments, and follow your course in the correct order.
5. Study through each unit step by step
Your course is structured in a carefully planned order, starting with core knowledge and building towards more advanced skills. Each unit is broken down into manageable lessons, which may include reading, video tutorials, downloadable guides and workplace-style assignments to help you build confidence as you progress.
6. Submit your work and receive feedback
All submissions, feedback and day-to-day support are handled by email. When you complete an assignment or assessment, you simply send it to us by email for marking and feedback. If you would like extra help at any point, we can arrange a video call.
7. Complete assessments with confidence
Assessments are designed to feel like a natural continuation of your learning, not something intimidating. They are based on realistic workplace-style tasks, helping you apply the skills you have learned in a practical way. We mark assessments as Pass or Amendments Required. If amendments are needed, we will explain clearly what to improve and you can resubmit with no extra fees until your work reaches the required standard.
