Just completed my Executive Assistant Diploma with Lewis College. Fantastic support from all tutors, helpful and friendly, and really flexible course to work at your own pace. Course content really interesting and the student portal was easy to access. Would definitely recommend.
Can’t recommend this college enough. I completed an online Medical Secretary Diploma Course with them. The course itself was excellent and to a very high standard. It was also enjoyable. The staff and tutors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I recently completed the Level 3 Executive PA Diploma course and I couldn't recommend it enough! There are 29 well-structured units all together which really help you to acquire or develop your skills surrounding the role of a PA.
The tutors are very helpful when you have questions or need a little guidance. Rebecca Harvey in particular really stood out to me with her fast responses via email and encouraging words before, during and after assessments.
A great thing about the course is that the learning is all remote, with no deadlines, meaning you can complete it from your laptop from anywhere and at any time. If you need extra time to complete the course beyond the initial time frame, there is also options to extend.

The Medical Secretary diploma takes you through a wide range of topics from Spreadsheets, Power point presentations, Professional working relations to Medical terminology, everything a Medical Secretary would need to know and more. The Modules are very detailed and take you through the lessons step by step, so they are suitable for completer beginners, as well as for those with some previous experience.
My tutors were Jen, Rebecca and Simon. They were absolutely brilliant, as they helped and encouraged me throughout the course. Even at times when I felt I wasn't doing well, the tutors were sympathetic and assisted me to work through my lessons. A great course! It has helped me refresh existing skills and learn new ones. The coursework and content were engaging and comprehensive. The tutors are friendly and responded to emails quickly, returning feedback promptly which allows you to move through the course at a good pace. Overall, it has been beneficial, allowing me to add to my knowledge and the qualification has aided enrolment on to my next learning course and will also support my CV.
