Penny Lewis
Founder and Co-Director
Hi I am Penny Lewis – Founder and co-Director of Lewis College.
I live in a village near Torbay and the River Dart and love coastal walking with our dogs in both Devon and Cornwall. My husband and I have 2 daughters – both involved in teaching with one a co-Director of Lewis College.
Being involved with helping thousands of students gain recognised qualifications and develop their careers over the last 40 years has been very rewarding.
Building not only skills and knowledge but confidence on our courses is important to me as once our students have more confidence, then their careers take off!
Simon Scaysbrook
Education Manager and Co-Director
Hi, my name is Simon Scaysbrook and as Education Manager I work with the Tutors and Assessors at the College to ensure our students receive support when they need it.
I believe that's what really makes Lewis College stand out: the flexibility of studying online whenever you want, whilst knowing you always have dedicated, expert support when you need it.

Rebecca Harvey
Lead Medical Courses and Co-Director
Hello, my name is Rebecca Harvey and joined the Lewis College Team in 2017 as a tutor, gradually working my way up to the role I am in today.
I hold qualifications in Assessing, Medical Terminology and Internal Quality Assurance.
I really enjoy my role and getting to know all our students on a personal level and seeing their confidence and expertise flourish over the duration of the course.
I particularly enjoy teaching Medical Terminology as this can be quite a daunting subject for our new medical students to begin with!
