The Diploma can be completed entirely at home (including the assessments) so there is no need to attend an exam centre!
As well as being available as a stand-alone Diploma our Professional IT User Diploma is also to be found as part of many of our other courses.
You will study each program covering the core features to begin with before developing your skills and knowledge further learning more advanced features enabling you to carry out advanced office based tasks using the different programs.

Course Material There is a wide range of course material including demonstration videos, worked examples, build up exercises, information booklets etc.
Tutor Support Qualified and experienced tutors will be working with you throughout the course providing feedback to submitted work, guidance and tutoring via email with the option to book phone/video calls when required.
Accessing Your Course You will access your course online from your computer, tablet or phone on the move or from home via your Learning Hub Account.
Course Open up to 12 months, giving you plenty of flexibility and “time out” for holidays, illness, moving house etc.
Studying From as little as 2 hours a week or more to suit you. However, outstanding students and those who study full time can be fast-tracked and potentially complete within 2 months.
