Our Executive Assistant Diploma is accredited by NCFE CQ at Level 3 and is also CPD recognised.
The Executive Assistant course is our most popular diploma for businesses looking to develop their staff’s skills and knowledge.
The course will enable students to provide a wider range of support to management, and take on more responsibility in the operating and running of a business.
We provide training for single members of staff or up to 10 members of staff with discounts depending on the numbers enrolling.
The average salary for a qualified Executive Assistant in the UK is £55k. You can therefore expect to pay around £8k-10k to fill the role with an HR company.

Level 3 is advanced level and the Executive Assistant Diploma has been benchmarked using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors to allow you to consider the depth of study and level of difficulty involved.
Level 4 is higher education and the Managerial Administration single diploma has been benchmarked using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors to allow you to consider the depth of study and level of difficulty involved.
Course Material Students are provided with 2 text books for this course plus a wide range of course material including demonstration videos, worked examples, build up exercises, information booklets, audio files, interactive typing program etc.
Tutor Support Qualified and experienced tutors will be working with students throughout the course providing feedback to submitted work, guidance and tutoring via email with the option to book phone/video calls when required.
Accessing Your Course Students will be given an individual Learning Hub Account, which they can access online from a computer, tablet or phone.
Course Open up to 2½ years, giving plenty of flexibility and “time out” for holidays, busy periods at work etc.
Studying As little as 2 hours a week will comfortably allow students to complete within the time frame. However, students can be fast-tracked and potentially complete within 6 months. Many employers allocate a morning or afternoon each week for the students to focus on their course.
100% Online The whole course, including Assessments can be completed at home or in the workplace. There is no need for the student to travel.
