Overview

Using Word to create different business documents including display documents is another key area of knowledge required in many office based jobs.

You will not just learn which Word tools do what, but put this knowledge into practice by producing a range of different business documents requiring methodology and organisational skills.

It is important that you know which Word tools to use for different types of tasks, as well as how to complete different assignments efficiently and professionally to help you cope with your workload.

There are 3 Levels to choose from.  For Level 2 and 3 you will need prior knowledge.  Level 1 is for complete beginners.

Touch typing can be included in any of these courses to help develop your touch typing and speed typing skills. This is a free option for all of our Secretarial Courses.
