Booking a Course

If you would like to have some helpful careers advice and talk through some ideas as to which course would best suit you - then please telephone or email Penny Lewis - who spends a great deal of time talking to prospective new students.

Quite often one of our set courses can be modified to reflect any existing skills you may have or to reflect your specific needs.

In these circumstances the course fees may well be reduced.

Once you have had an opportunity to think through the advice provided and any further information you have requested and you wish to book a course, you can then complete the booking form on the website.

Once this is received we will confirm your booking to you.

You have 7 working days to cancel your booking should you change your mind.  Any payment received from you will be refunded should you cancel within this period.

Course fees - payment options

We can provide you with our current course fees and talk through the best way to help you finance your course - we usually manage to take the worry out of paying course fees.

Course fees (or the first instalment) are due prior to the course start date.

If you are paying for the course yourself and you would find it helpful to pay for your course in instalments, then you can spread the cost of the course over a few months paying by standing order.  The first instalment is due prior to the course start date, and the remaining payments are due on the first of each month after the start date.  We do not charge any interest if paying in instalments.

We shall prepare a standing order form for you to print off and sign and return to us.

Credit cards

By using PayPal you can pay by credit card.  You do not need to have an account set up to use this facility - we can provide some guidance on how to make a payment using this method.

On-line banking

If you have on line banking - one of the easiest methods is to make a payment under the Payment option.  You will need to add our details as a new payee. 

If you would like to pay using this method then please let us know and we can provide you with the necessary details to make the payment.

Cheque

You, a family member or your employer can pay by cheque.

Please make cheques payable to Lewis College.
