Overview

In the business world it is important that you are able to produce professional business documents, by copy typing from draft documents.

You need to know how to present different types of business documents eg letters, FAX, reports and articles, as well as how to interpret hand written instructions correctly.  You also need to ensure that you proof read the documents to check for typing errors and spelling errors and that there is no missing text.

Having quality text production skills is the hallmark of a good Secretary, PA or Administrator.

There are 3 Levels to choose from.  For Level 2 and 3 you will need prior knowledge.  Level 1 is for complete beginners.

Touch typing can be included in any of these courses to help develop your touch typing and speed typing skills. This is a free option for all of our Secretarial Courses.
