This course is designed for those who wish to get some key qualifications and to start working as soon as possible. With the combination of both Secretarial skills and IT this is a quick fix course to get you going!
You can add on more modules later on once you have started your Secretarial career!
This course is suitable if you are a beginner as well as those with some prior experience and who wish to gain qualifications.
You will be gaining the following OCR individual qualifications on this course:
OCR Level 2 in Text Production
OCR Level 2 in Word Processing
OCR Level 2 in Audio Transcription
OCR Level 2 in PowerPoint
OCR Level 2 in Using Email

OCR is part of the University of Cambridge which is Europe’s largest assessment board. They play a leading role in developing and delivering exams/assessments across the world, operating in over 150 countries.
COURSE LENGTH : 120 hours approximately
You can study the course full time or part time and complete the course as quickly as you wish.
There is a maximum course time frame of 4 months plus holiday breaks to complete the course within.
You will gain individual qualifications in the following modules:
Text Production – get to grips with producing a range of business documents easily!
Word Processing – get confident in editing multipage documents and using tables to
Audio Transcription - have more confidence in producing your business documents from the boss' dictation

Outlook - the key program to every discerning Secretary/Administrator - get organised using Outlook's many useful features!
Excel – need to be able to produce some statistical information and charts – something used in every office today!
Access - have all the information your company needs organised and easy to find - it makes all the difference!
PowerPoint - professional slide presentations can show just how switched on your business organisation is!
