This course is suitable if you are holding down a professional career but lack some key IT skills as well as the ability to produce professional business documents ie letters, reports etc. This course will also provide you with the training to enable you to compose a range of different business documents including letters, reports, questionnaires, information leaflets, and articles, and develop your ability to produce complex long reports from research, including conclusions and recommendations.
The course is designed to equip you with a full range of key skills to help you cope with a demanding professional position.

You can study this course full-time, or part-time – studying the number of hours per week that suits you and fits in with your other commitments.
We recommend that you study at least 5 hours a week, which can be broken up into one hour study slots perhaps, or 2-3 hours on a Saturday and Sunday if you find that easier.
Some students wish to study as quickly as possible – and complete the course in as short a time as possible.
