Overview

Powerpoint is used in business meetings, lectures, exhibitions stands, and public areas providing an easy method of supplying information to the audience.

Powerpoint is a slide presentation program which can run automatically, providing a range of information on different slide formats. Text, pictures, charts and diagrams as well as video and sound (music or narration) can be included in the presentation to make it interesting and informative.

In addition, special animation effects can be created to build each slide as well to move from slide to slide - enhancing the presentation even further.

The design side in you needs to come out when learning this module - simple to learn how to use, but easy not to use in the right way and over do your presentation so it is confusing and over complicated.

There are 3 Levels to choose from.  For Level 2 and 3 you will need prior knowledge.  Level 1 is for complete beginners.

Touch typing can be included in any of these courses to help develop your touch typing and speed typing skills. This is a free option for all of our Secretarial Courses.
