Overview

Microsoft Access is one of the biggest programs in the Microsoft Office suite.  It can be used simply to keep records of clients/customers, or it can be used as a powerful tool to help run a business very effectively providing a range of information to help take decision making forwards.

Data entry can be made in a simple table format, or created using a screen based form style - all designed to suit individual businesses.

Database reports can be generated to provide key information, or selected information to meet different requirements to help run a business, or provide key information to clients and customers.

Relational databases learnt at Level 3 will show you how different databases can be linked together to provide the backbone support program for a business, enabling information to be linked for different departments to carry out their workload quickly and efficiently.

There are 3 Levels to choose from.  For Level 2 and 3 you will need prior knowledge.  Level 1 is for complete beginners.

Touch typing can be included in any of these courses to help develop your touch typing and speed typing skills. This is a free option for all of our Secretarial Courses.
